Prototyping
Our methodology is based on prototyping. We use PowerRAD approach for the early visibility of the system. This approach helps us in identifying the development issues in the early stage of implementation process. Earlier identification enables us in more wholly integrated solutions, effective project planning and execution.
This approach also allows the team to properly delegate responsibilities and allow the right resources to work on the tasks, which are most suited for the current process. With the help of early prototyping, realistic project goals are set and late-project surprises are minimized.
PowerRAD Approach
